Career counseling is the process of guiding students on the path to self-discovery and self-realization. We, at SPS-SN, work patiently with the students, support them in weeding out self doubts, and make concrete decisions based on their interests.
Individual career guidance sessions are also conducted by in-house subject experts.

A Career Counselling Session was conducted on July 31, 2025, for the students of Classes IX to XII by our alumnus, Shourya Shrivastava.
Shourya, who has recently completed his Master’s in Astrophysics from University College London, delivered a captivating and intellectually stimulating talk, offering a glimpse into the world of astrophysics through relatable examples and striking visuals.
Students explored career pathways in physics and beyond, gaining inspiration to dream big and aim for the stars. The session sparked curiosity, widened horizons, and encouraged self-discovery.
Career Counselling by Mr. Abhyudaya Roy
A highly engaging session on Design Thinking was conducted on June 20, 2025, by Mr. Abhyudaya Roy, Head of Outreach Program at Atlas SkillTech University, Mumbai.
Attended by Classes IX to XII, the session introduced the concept of design thinking and its growing relevance in today’s tech-driven world.
Mr. Roy explained the connection between technology and design, encouraging students to apply creative thinking to develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.

A Career Counselling Session was conducted for Class XI-XII Biology students by alumna Nandini Jha, currently in her final year of MBBS.
She shared tips on balancing academics with self-study, effective strategies for NEET UG, insights into the MBBS curriculum, and career opportunities beyond MD.
