"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Sagar Public School, Saket Nagar celebrated "International Yoga Day" with students of Class VI and their teachers. A yoga session, focusing on asanas and pranayama was conducted. Children were incredibly excited and learnt the cultural importance of Yoga. They displayed flexibility, strength, and mindfulness throughout the program. Yoga promotes physical and mental well-being and the event encouraged children to include Yoga in their everyday life.
