India has always worked to retain peace with it's neighboring countries. But sometimes our efforts do not bear fruits and we have to defend our borders. Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated commemorating one such valiant effort to defend our nation on the 26th of July. The students of Kaveri house presented the morning assembly on the 25th anniversary of Vijay Diwas with the enactment of the efforts made by the then Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the taking back of Tololing and Tiger hill. The act showcased the bravery of our soldiers against a backdrop of high mountains. The students were successful in making everyone relive the moment of patriotism.
